Kevin has a fascinating background in senior management roles in the public sector. Admitted as a solicitor in NSW in 1973, Kevin was a chief solicitor for the NSW Roads and Traffic Authority for 13 years.
At PLAYFAIR Kevin specialised in matters at the Administrative Appeals Tribunal and other review bodies for complex Protection Visas, undertaking s501 and related character matters and TPV and SHEV visas for highly vulnerable clients identified by the Commonwealth under its PAIS program. Kevin was regularly deployed by PLAYFAIR to Manus Island to be an onsite Senior Team Leader, has participated in task forces, to Christmas Island, Curtin and Wickham Point Immigration Detention Centre and represented our clients for Appeals to the Review bodies and Tribunals across Australia.
