A range of visas are available when either investing, undertaking entrepreneurial activities, establishing a new business or developing an existing business in Australia.
Subclass 188/888 Business Innovation and Investment visa
This visa allows you to engage in business and/or investment activity in Australia, and has five streams:
- Business Innovation stream
- Investor stream
- Significant Investor stream
- Premium Investor stream
- Entrepreneur stream
Subclass 132 Business Talent visa
This visa allows you to establish a new business, or develop an existing business, in Australia, and has two streams:
- Significant Business History stream
- Venture Capital Entrepreneur stream
In order to apply for this visa, you must be nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency, be invited to apply, and have the required funding or assets.
