    PLAYFAIR, comprising International Crossover Pty Ltd as principal (trading as PLAYFAIR Visa and Migration Services) and Playfair Legal Pty Ltd as associate, is a migration law, legal and advisory firm based in New South Wales, Australia, providing professional services to individuals, businesses and Government agencies.
    We operate within a highly regulated sector that demands adherence to ethical and professional standards. Our supply chains primarily involve professional service providers, office suppliers, IT services, and administrative support services.
  3. Risks of Modern Slavery Practices
    Given the nature of our business, the risk of modern slavery within our direct operations is low. However, we acknowledge that risks may exist within our supply chain, particularly in industries such as office procurement, IT, and outsourced administrative support. We are committed to identifying and addressing any potential risks through proactive due diligence.

    To mitigate modern slavery risks, we have undertaken the following actions:
