Kristin has over 20 years’ experience in communications and migration through sectors including theatre, small business, journalism and teaching English as a second language. Having completed a Graduate Certificate in Migration Law, Kristin is currently studying a Masters in Migration Law at the Australian National University.
Kristin works as an immigration advisor, representing both onshore and offshore refugee applicants including providing claims assistance advice to clients held at the Manus Island Regional Processing Centre in Papua New Guinea.
She has prepared and lodged applications for TPV and SHEV applicants Australia wide under the Fast Track process, including highly vulnerable clients identified by the Commonwealth under its PAIS program. Kristin also has extensive experience in preparing and lodging applications for skilled and workplace training visas as well as partner visas.
Kristin’s hard earned life experiences, which by serendipity have created a genuine capacity for empathy, tolerance and compassion. Her fascination with people from all walks of life has seen her travel the world, experience a variety of different cultures and has translated into a highly personalised approach to each individual’s circumstances.
